Carroll County Supervisors To Review Ambulance Bids, M66 Contracts, and Treasurer Reports At Monday’s Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will consider ambulance bids, construction contracts, and county department reports at their meeting next week. The board convenes at 9 a.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room on the lower level of the Carroll County Courthouse. They will open with Carroll County Ambulance Director Jamie Wuebker as they consider quotes for a new rig and associated equipment for the ambulance service. County Engineer Zac Andersen will then present a contract for approval with Leroy & Sons Inc., the low bidder for the planned shoulder regrading project on County Road M66 that is tentatively scheduled to begin before the end of summer. That project was initially projected to cost the county around $425,000, but the Leroy and Sons bid came in nearly $85,000 under the engineer’s estimate. Other items on Monday’s agenda include a semi-annual report from County Treasurer Lisa Wagner, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 substance abuse report, the FY25 substance abuse program renewal, manure management annual updates, and committee reports. Monday’s meeting is open to the public and will also be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube page. Links to the agenda and video are included below.
