The City of Exira is bringing back National Night Out to the community tomorrow (Tuesday) night to promote solid partnerships and neighborhood togetherness. From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Legion Park, city officials, community groups, and local first responders will greet residents, building a rapport and giving them a chance to get to know the individuals representing and serving the city of Exira. The Audubon County Cattlemen will provide a meal of hot dogs and hamburgers, along with various other activities hosted by the other numerous public agencies. Residents will also get the chance to get the first view revealing the community visioning project, with the improvement project ideas that were submitted to HDR, a landscaping architect firm out of Omaha, part of Iowa’s Living Roadways Community Visioning Program. Again, National Night Out is back for the City of Exira from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Legion Park, and everyone is welcome to attend.
