The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office strongly urges residents in Farnhamville to lock vehicles and buildings at night due to a recent increase in burglary reports. In a social media post over the weekend, the law enforcement agency warned community members of subjects walking through the neighborhoods during the night, raiding homes and vehicles, specifically unlocked ones. The burglaries have been reported to take place in the surrounding area over the past few weeks. Anyone with security cameras in the area is asked to check the footage and report anything suspicious to the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office to assist in the investigation.
