The Carroll Chamber of Commerce invites families to join them tomorrow (Thursday) evening for the last Live+Local concert before the start of a new school year. This month’s entertainment will be provided by pianist Tony Bohnenkamp, who will play from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Depot Park south of Commercial Savings Bank. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and coolers to the free event, but they are reminded the BYOB program prohibits glass containers and hard liquor. The Carroll Young Professionals will again offer mini-golf nearby for $5 per golfer from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Following Thursday’s concert, only one Live + Local remains for the 2024 season, featuring Mighty Mayhem on Sept. 19.
