Many local 4-H members from the surrounding area have brought back ribbons and awards for their static exhibits featured at the Iowa State Fair. Knowledge and creativity were tested as individuals gave presentations on various topics, showed off photography skills, and more. Aside from the many blue ribbons, a few scholarships, an Outstanding Award or Judge’s Choice, and even a Professional Photographers of Iowa (PPI) Gallery Award were presented to surrounding area exhibitors.
