U.S. Representative Randy Feenstra (R-Iowa) invites constituents to join him tomorrow (Friday) afternoon for two public meetings. Feenstra will be in Pocahontas at the Pocahontas County Courthouse from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. to discuss the state of the economy with Iowans. Feenstra plans to highlight his efforts to cut federal taxes and advocate for pro-growth tax policies, such as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. Feenstra will also continue to sound the alarm on the nation’s growing $35 trillion debt. He then heads to Manson, where he will host “Get the Scoop with Congressman Feenstra” from 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Double D’s Ice Cream. He’ll focus on rural Iowa issues during this stop. Both events will allow for questions from attendees near the end, depending on available time. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
