Carroll County officials are objecting to a proposed City of Carroll ordinance amendment that would significantly limit truck traffic on Pleasant Ridge Road. County Engineer Zac Andersen says his staff in the Secondary Roads Department use Pleasant Ridge Road routinely for county business.
