The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will host a free peer-to-peer class at the Manning Public Library, extending its reach of mental health information and support to individuals needing additional resources. The class is for anyone 18 years and older who has a mental health condition, looking for a safe, confidential space with peers. Individuals will be treated with compassion and understanding from others who can relate to their mental health experiences. The eight-week course will be on Tuesdays at the Manning Public Library from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required, and those interested in participating can register using the QR code included above or the link below.
