Tomorrow (Saturday) is the 67th annual Band Day in Carroll, and the city streets will be filled with music as dozens of bands and parade floats make their way through town. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at the corner of N. Adams Street and W. 12th Street. The route takes participants from the starting point three blocks east to N. Clark Street, three blocks south to E. 9th Street, and east through Graham Park to the Carroll Athletic Field on Grant Road. Residents are asked to avoid streetside parking along the parade route until after the parade has finished. Over 60 floats and bands are registered to participate in Saturday’s Parade.
