Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) in Lake City invites the public to join them for its fourth-quarter Lunch ‘n’ Learn seminar. The program is focused on communication and is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 7, at 12 p.m. in the SMCH Level Conference Center. The seminar will be led by SMCH Mental Health Services therapists Glenna Nockels, LISW, and Anne Souder, LMHC. The session aims to teach participants practical communication skills, including strategies to build stronger relationships, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly. As the holiday season approaches, these tools can help reduce stress and improve interactions. The event costs $10 per person and includes a catered lunch of Wisconsin cheese soup, Philly steak sliders, and pumpkin cheesecake. Seating is limited, and registration is required by Nov. 1.
