Carroll County Growth Partnership (CCGP) has opened applications for the second round of its Micro-Facade Grants, offering $1,000 each to enhance local business storefronts. Four grants will be awarded, with at least one designated for a business outside Carroll. Applications are open until Nov. 15. Eligible improvements include painting, signage, windows, doors, and masonry work. The grant program requires recipients to provide a 25-percent match to the awarded funds. CCGP Executive Director Kimberly Tiefenthaler says, “We are thrilled to provide these grants to help our local businesses beautify their storefronts and attract more customers. These improvements not only enhance the businesses themselves but also contribute to the overall vibrancy of our communities.” The grants are designed for brick-and-mortar businesses seeking to boost their exterior visual appeal.
