Gowrie Man Pleads Not Guilty To Charges For The Murder Of Farnhamville Teen

A Gowrie man has pled not guilty on two felony counts for the death of a Farnhamville teen during his arraignment hearing today (Friday). 21-year-old Nathaniel Bevers-McGivney was taken into custody on Sept. 23, for the murder of 17-year-old Michele “Luna” Jackson. Bevers-McGivney faces one count first degree murder, a class A felony and abuse of corpse, hide or bury, a class C felony. Jury trial has been scheduled for Nov. 19. If convicted, combined charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.
