The Carroll Police Department is investigating a reported vehicle theft from Monday evening. According to law enforcement, officers were notified of a missing vehicle in the 2000 block of Industrial Park Road at approximately 8:05 p.m. A short time later, the vehicle was located stuck on a power pole guy wire north of the Power Wash location near the Grant Road and E. 7th Street intersection. Authorities say the vehicle was unoccupied when they arrived on the scene, and officers are working to identify suspects.
