Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office arrests Texas man on outstanding warrant for murder after two years on the run. At approximately 7:14 a.m. this morning (Sunday), a report came in from a Pomeroy resident who kicked a male out of his house after he admitted to being on the run for killing his own brother. The man, later identified as 39-year-old Kyle Andrew Coolack from Houston, Tex., was found around 7:33 a.m. walking along Highway 4 outside of Pomeroy. Coolack first provided a false name to a Calhoun County deputy, but was placed under arrest after records confirmed Coolack had an outstanding murder warrant issued by the Houston Police Department on July, 15, 2022. Coolack was transported to Carroll County Jail where he waits to be extradited back to Houston, Tex.
