The Carroll Community School District (CCSD) Board of Education will be holding a special meeting on Monday to discuss a bid received for the transportation facility project. The district started accepting bids on Sept. 12 and had six bids submitted ranging from $5,295,000 down to $4,648,000. During the special meeting on Monday, board members will review the low bid from Graphite Construction based out of Des Moines for the $4,648,000. The members will take no action to approve any of the bids at the special meeting. The meeting is open to the public and will start at 7:00 p.m. at Adams Elementary School.
