Tomorrow (Thursday) marks the unofficial kickoff to the holiday shopping season in Carroll with the Carroll Chamber of Commerce’s annual Jingle Mingle. Business Development Director Rosanne Nees says this is the fifth year the Chamber has hosted the event, and it has grown to become one of its most popular promotions.

More than two dozen businesses will offer holiday snacks and beverages to shoppers from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday. Nees says Chamber staff will be joined by a few holiday guests for the giveaways.
