Ruth Florence Cook, age 91, of Coon Rapids, IA, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2024 at her home in Coon Rapids.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Annunciation Catholic Church in Coon Rapids with Fr. Patrick Behm as Celebrant. Music for the Mass will be by the Annunciation choir with Diane Slater as Organist. Lector for the Mass will be Sam Obert. Mass servers will be Andrew McAllister and Lucas Obert. Gift bearers will be Alex Golay, Brandi Golay, Ruth Golay, Lennon Golay, and Grey Golay. Honorary pall bearers will be Ruth’s grandchildren and great grandchildren. Burial will be in the Coon Rapids Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids from 5 – 7 P.M. on Thursday where there will be a Christian Wake Service held at 7 P.M. Visitation will resume at Annunciation Catholic Church from 9:30 – 10:15 A.M. prior to the Mass.
