Sac County Conservation Board is inviting all to join for an open house tomorrow (Thursday) to meet the new naturalist and enter to win a free stay at Hagge Park. From 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., individuals can join Sac County Conservation in welcoming new naturalist, Dakota Popp. Popp was previously employed at Swan Lake Conservation in Carroll, and has worked for six different counties in Iowa, and event worked out of the state at conservation sites and parks in California and Alabama. Popp will be available with treats and activities for attendees to enjoy. While there, all visitors can sign up for a giveaway of either one-week free camping, two nights in the cabin or one shelter house reservation that must be redeem in 2025. Again, Sac County Conservation hosting an open house tomorrow (Thursday) from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, all are welcome to attend.
