Ivy Avenue in Carroll County Between 150th Street and 170th Street is now back open after crews finished cleaning up after a feed truck rolled over this (Friday) morning. According to the Carroll County Sheriff’s report, driver 53-year-old Kelly Thomas Martin from Fonda was attempting to make a right turn onto 160th Street from Ivy Ave in a 2022 Kenworth-KW semi-tractor/trailer when the trailer dual wheels dropped off into the southeast ditch, causing the trailer and tractor to roll onto its side. Martin was not injured in the accident, but the semi and trailer received major damage, disabling the vehicle, and estimated to be approximately $115,000. The incident occurred roughly around 8:30 a.m. Friday morning, and crews were able to open to roads around 1:45 p.m. Friday afternoon.
