Funeral Services for 90-year-old Ray Rutherford of Manilla will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 8 at United Church in Manilla with visitation starting at 9:30 – 10:30 AM prior to the service. Inurnment with Military Honors will be held Friday, January 10 at the Omaha National Cemetery in Omaha. He passed away Thursday, January 2 at the Denison Care Center.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Rutherford of Manilla; sons, Kerry (Dreva) Rutherford of Urbandale, Kevin (Steve Pirner) Rutherford of Colorado, and Kyle (Jan) Rutherford of Earling; 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Diane Sonderman of Earling, and Gloria (Ron) Lohrmann of Manilla; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
