A snow ordinance will be in effect for Lake City throughout the weekend and officials are reminding residents to remove vehicles off the street. Starting on Saturday at 11 p.m. through Monday at 9 a.m., the ordinance will be in place to ensure the removal of snow off all public streets. No parking on the street will be permitted during this duration. Anyone in violation of the ordinance may have vehicles impounded by the Lake City Police Department and subjected to other fines.
