The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will focus almost entirely on Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget preparations during their meeting on Monday morning. The supervisors convene at 9 a.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room at the Carroll County Courthouse. The board will review preliminary budgets from the County Attorney’s Office, Veteran Affairs, and Carroll County Ambulance Service. They’ll also hear from the county’s health insurance provider, Wellmark, on the proposal renewal rates for county employees. The only other items on Monday’s agenda are for the supervisors to appoint a Carroll County zoning commissioner, approve payables and plats, and committee reports.
