Cecil James Cook, age 93, of Lohrville passed away at his home surrounded by his family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 24, 2025, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lohrville with burial to follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 23, 202,5 with a Rosary service to follow at 7:00 p.m., at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lohrville, Iowa. His 4 children survive Cecil: Michele Cook of Lohrville, Cecilia (James) Rossmanith of Churdan, John (Emily) Cook of Florida, and Patrick (Elizabeth) Cook of Des Moines. Lampe and Powers Funeral Home of Lake City is in charge of these arrangements.
