The Carroll City Council meets again tomorrow (Wednesday) evening to continue its Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget preparations. The council convenes at 5:15 p.m. at Carroll City Hall and will pick up where they left off after last night’s (Monday) meeting. Officials are working through the nearly 300-page preliminary budget prepared by staff, detailing proposed tax levy rates, department budgets, funding sources, and more.
