Wyatt was born on June 4, 2011, in Carroll, IA, to Barb and the late Don Daisy. Wyatt packed a lifetime of love and laughter into his 13 short years.
Known for his infectious giggles and his contagious smile, Wyatt had a unique ability to brighten even the gloomiest days. Wyatt was affectionately known for his nicknames of Super Why, Y and Wi-Fi. Although most people would say Wyatt was speechless, to many, he spoke louder than most. We just had to take the time to listen and learn from him. Wyatt communicated in many ways such as grabbing the remote or rattling the gate so you would change the channel, taking your phone from you – to express to you that hey I’m over here, but most famous was his eyerolls which he was expressing his discontent or you “don’t get it do you?” when he would grab your hand and place it towards his shoulders or back – “its time to rub my back let’s get to it.”
His favorite pastime was watching cartoons, getting books read to him, watching out the front door the neighborhood children play outside, going for walks to Kellan’s Kingdom to play on the playground, going to Timber Creek to participate in horse therapy, and playing with his pop tubes. Wyatt loved to get back rubs from anyone he could. Wyatt’s eyes charmed every person he would meet.
Wyatt attended Carroll Middle School. He was an 8th grader in Ms. Keli Ballantines class. Samantha Pingleton was Wyatt’s aid since 1st grade and was his 2nd Mom. Wyatt will always be a Carroll Tiger!!
Wyatt is survived by his mom, Barb Daisy of Carroll; his older brothers: Niko Justin Daisy of Austin, TX and Clay Daisy of Carroll; his paternal grandparents: John and Patti Daisy of Lake City; his aunts and uncles: Nancy and Kenny Snyder of Carroll, Becky Lohff of Carroll, Tim Drees of Carroll, Cindy Drees of Carroll, Clint and Amanda Daisy of Caro, MI; and many cousins. Wyatt was also dearly loved by his Carroll Middle School 8th grade class and a community of friends in Carroll and Lake City whose lives Wyatt touched deeply.
Wyatt preceded in death by his dad Don Daisy 2019, and his maternal grandparents Ray and Mary Jane Drees.
