Legionnaires from throughout Carroll County are invited to join tomorrow (Wednesday) evening’s countywide American Legion meeting at the Carroll American Legion Hall. According to Commander Tony Konkler, the various posts in the area gather each year to update their fellow veterans about their brother post’s plans for the coming year. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at the American Legion building on Heires Avenue in Carroll, with the meeting to begin at 7:30 p.m. and a meal to follow. Any American Legion member in the county is encouraged to attend.
