After hosting two budget work sessions last week, the Carroll County Board of Supervisors will return to routine business at Monday’s meeting. The board convenes at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 24, at the Carroll County Courthouse. The supervisors open with a report from the Region XII Council of Governments on reinvesting funds for the agency’s down payment assistance program. The board will then host a discussion on the county’s secondary roads snow removal ordinance following the heavy snowfall seen in the area earlier this month. Other items of business on Monday’s agenda include updates to the county’s safety plan, final dissolution of the 28E zoning agreements with Carroll and Glidden, manure management annual updates, and committee reports.
