The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has a brief agenda for Monday’s meeting. The supervisors convene at the Carroll County Courthouse at 9 a.m. on March 10. The only action item during the meeting is to canvass the March 4 special election for the Glidden-Ralston Community School District Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL), which passed with nearly 72 percent of voters in favor of the measure. The PPEL will generate an estimated $2.2 million for the district over the next 10 years to fund improvements to the nearly 100-year-old school building. The only other items on the agenda are the approval of plats and payables, manure management annual updates, and committee reports. Monday’s meeting is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel. Links to the agenda and video are included below.
