The Carroll County Board of Supervisors has another brief agenda for their meeting on Monday. The supervisors convene at 9 a.m. on March 17 at the Carroll County Courthouse. They will open with a report from County Engineer Zac Andersen on the Secondary Roads Department, including utility permits, equipment quotes, and a general department update. The board will then set the public hearing for a construction permit application in Washington Township for a swine confinement expansion, followed by manure management annual updates and committee reports. Absent from Monday’s agenda is any formal action on the supervisors’ plans to fill the vacancy in the Carroll County Attorney’s Office following the unexpected death of Carroll County Attorney John Werden last week.
