The nearly 12-mile stretch of County Road N28 on the Calhoun and Sac County lines will be closed starting April 1 for road construction. The Dakota/Zeller Avenue south of County Road D36 (255th Street) in Lytton to State Hwy 175 will be closed while crews repave the road. A detour will be in place west of Lytton on County Road D36 to Hwy 71 south to Hwy 175 before traveling east towards Auburn. The road will remain closed through the duration of the project but local access will be maintained. Travelers are reminded to use extra caution while driving in construction zones and obey all traffic laws as fines for any violations are doubled.
