The 100 People Who Care Sac County presented their donation to their choice organization: the Early Achievers 4-H Club to help with their project of playground improvements for an Early city park. The Early Achievers 4-H Club has been raising money to pay for a poured-in-place rubber playground surface for the Third Street Park, to make for an all-inclusive area for children and individuals to enjoy. The goal is to raise $65,000, which the club is currently less than $10,000 away from. The surface will be installed as soon as all the money is raised. The organization wishes to thank the 100 People Who Care Sac County, for support their project and continue to financially assist non-profit and other organizations throughout the county. The next 100 People Who Care Sac County meeting is scheduled for July 13, at the Early United Methodist Church.
