The Carroll Area I-Club’s 2025 spring banquet is a week from today (Tuesday), and tickets are still available for the Hawkeye faithful to hear from some big names in the University of Iowa Athletics Department. The banquet is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29, at the Arcadia Legion Hall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m., and the program starts at 7:30 p.m. Voice of the Hawkeyes Gary Dolphin will emcee the evening’s festivities, and the guest list includes Head Football Coach Kirk Ferentz, Athletic Director Beth Goetz, Head Women’s Basketball Coach Jan Jensen, and Head Women’s Soccer Coach Dave Dilanni. Organizers say other representatives from the Athletics Department may be able to attend, depending on schedule availability. Tickets are available for $30 for adults and just $15 for 7th grade and under students.
