The Carroll Chamber of Commerce and Carroll County Growth Partnership (CCGP) will host their final scheduled legislative forum of the 2025 session on Saturday morning. The April 26 forum begins promptly at 10 a.m. at the Cretsinger Building in Coon Rapids. The hour-long program features District 6 Senator Jason Schultz (R-Schleswig) and District 11 Representative Craig Williams (R-Manning). Each forum begins with a brief introductory statement from the legislators, followed by questions prepared by the Chamber/CCGP Legislative Committee. Organizers request questions from the public be submitted in advance using the email address chamber@carrolliowa.com. If time allows, questions from the crowd will also be taken. The 2025 Iowa Legislative Session is expected to adjourn in early May.
