After an eight-year hiatus, the New Hope Foundation is reviving its signature golf fundraiser with the return of the New Hope Invitational later this summer. The outing will be held on Friday, June 13, at the Carroll National Golf Club in partnership with the McLaughlin Family Companies, the parent company of New Way Trucks, New Way Ford, and Bowie. The event will benefit New Hope programs supporting individuals from the area with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CEO Jenn Quigley says, “We are thrilled to bring back the New Hope Golf Outing — it’s going to be a special day of community, connection, and support for the people we serve. This event simply wouldn’t be possible without our incredible sponsors, and we’re especially grateful to McLaughlin Family Companies for stepping up as this year’s presenting sponsor. Their generous support helps us continue creating opportunities that promote dignity, independence, and a greater quality of life for individuals across western Iowa.” Proceeds will support New Hope’s Smart Homes initiative, community activities, and other vital services. Each team will be associated with and play for one of New Hope’s residential homes, with prizes awarded to both the golfers and the residents they represent. Registration and sponsorship details are available using the link included with this story on our website.
