No injuries were reported in two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department was called to the scene at 7th and Crawford Streets at approximately 4:50 p.m. Their initial investigation revealed that 31-year-old Kaylynn Graber of Carroll was eastbound on 7th in a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Forty-one-year-old Jeremiah Lewis, also of Carroll, was northbound on Crawford in a 2004 Pontiac Montana. The police report states Lewis failed to stop for the posted sign and struck the Graber vehicle on the passenger side, disabling the Equinox. Lewis was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
