Wind gusts reaching speeds of over 50 miles per hour are causing problems across the state, particularly with high-profile vehicles. Carroll Broadcasting has received reports that at approximately 6:30 a.m. this morning (Friday), a semi-tractor trailer had blown over on Olympic Ave. near Willey. Witnesses say it took two wreckers over an hour to right the vehicle, which sustained only minor damage.
