Funeral services for 59 year old Lynn “Tootie” Carstens of Carroll will be Friday at 10:30am at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll with burial at the Carroll City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-7pm on Thursday and will resume after 9:30 Friday morning until time of service. Lynn Carstens is survived by her husband: Dean of Carroll…..a son: Jeremy of Carroll…..a granddaughter…..2 sisters: Sharon Barkley of Virginia and Robin Lohmann of Glidden.
