The Jefferson Police Department has requested warrants in relation to a burglary investigation that was initiated on Dec. 7 in the 300 block of West Lincoln Way Street. The class C felony warrants for burglary in the second degree are being requested for two individuals: 29-year-old Matthew James Spaulding of Ogden and 33-year-old Jonathan Phillip Michael Kennedy of Fort Dodge.
