The City of Carroll snow ordinance is in effect and all vehicles must be removed from city streets to allow for snow removal. It is also anticipated the Public Works Department will be removing snow from the central business district, schools and other areas tonight (Tuesday) beginning at 6 p.m. They are asking that everyone adhere to the ordinance so snow loading and removal can be done in an expeditious manner.
