One vehicle was disabled in an accident in Carroll Friday morning. The Carroll Police Department responded to the 1700 block of N. Adams Street at approximately 7:02 a.m. Forty-five-year-old John Feld of Carroll was northbound on Adams in a 2014 Ford F-150. He allegedly sideswiped a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that was legally parked on Adams. The Feld vehicle sustained functional damage while the Elantra was disabled. Feld was cited for failure to maintain control.
