The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will convene Monday morning for their regularly scheduled weekly meeting and again many of the agenda items will be on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 budget. The first item of business for the board is a review of the Carroll County Veteran Affairs Office FY22 budget, followed by a proposal from Carosh Compliance Solutions regarding the county’s HIPAA compliance. County Engineer, Zac Andersen, will then update the supervisors on secondary roads, including: final payment for the 320th Street bridge replacement, their right-of-way policy and utility permits. An appropriations resolution is also on the agenda along with the semi-annual report from the Treasurer’s Office and FY22 budget reviews for the Department of Human Services (DHS), Auditor’s Office, Board of Supervisors, Courthouse and General Assistance funds. The non-enforceable countywide mask mandate returns for discussion. In January, the board extended the mandate through Feb. 15 after two failed motions. Monday’s meeting will be livestreamed via the county’s YouTube channel. Details on how to attend remotely and the full agenda can be found included below.
