The game was tight all match and it came down to a goal scored on a defensive miscue with 25.14 left. St Albert was able to take advantage of the one mistake and then kept getting great goal tending to hold on. The Knights kept attacking having at least 6 shots on goal. John Mayhall was great in the net for the Knights and kept them in the match with help from the defense in front of him.
Simon Wagner and Maximus Burnett each had a pair of shots on goal and Isaac Evans also had a shot on goal for Kuemper. John Mayhall finished with 4 saves.
