Kuemper continues to roll and have been playing well over the past few weeks and it showed again on Thursday as they won the triangular by 13 strokes over Lewis Central and 24 over Denison Schleswig. The Knights won medalist and had 5 of the top 10 scores including 3 of the top 4 and 4 of the top 6.
Maverick Schwabe of Kuemper won medalist honors with a 40 followed by Easton Emery of Denison Schleswig who was runner-up medalist with a 41. The Knights took the next two spots with Jack Tiefenthaler and Mitchell Badding each shooting 42 and Benicio Lujano with a 43.

East Sac finished 3rd at the quad on Thursday with three of their top four guys shooting in the 40’s. Emmetsburg won the event with a 168 followed by GTRA with a 180 and the Raiders with a 194.
Matt Wirtz of Emmetsburg was medalist with a 39, Hudson Hanson of GTRA ended up runner-up medalist with a 41. Bradyn Burns led the Raiders with a 45 while Dylan Meredith and Jackson Stoltenberg finished with 48 each and Caleb Villhauer and Joel Halbur each shot 53’s.

IKM-Manning boys have been strong all season and that continued on the road Thursday. The won by 29 strokes and had two golfers in the 30’s as they swept the medalist and runner-up medalist honors. The Wolves had five of their six golfers shoot 46 or better.
Kyler Rasmussen has been on the verge in so many meets of adding to his medalist total and he broke through again with a 35. Tyler Brandt has been extremely consistent this season and that happened again as he was runner-up medalist with a 37. Max Nielsen and Conner Richards helped with the teams 160 by shooting 44 each.

It was a tough meet for the Titans on Thursday as they finished in 3rd place due to the 5th golfer score tie-breaker but were only 1 stroke away from tying Newell Fonda for 1st place. The Mustangs won the meet with a 186 and South Central Calhoun and Sioux Central tied for 2nd with 187. The Rebels won the tie-breaker to claim 2nd place.
South Central Calhoun did get a little redemption in the individual honors as Corey Hicks won the runner-up medalist with a 40. He was tied with Hogan Henrich of Newell Fonda but won on a playoff. Nathan Kueny from Sioux Central was medalist with a 39. Justin Hanks shot well for South Central Calhoun finished with a 43 followed by Bryan Steig with a 48 and Brennan Holder added a 56.

Tri Center At Audubon

Good win at home for Audubon on Thursday edging past Tri Center by 4 strokes. The Wheelers got outstanding rounds from Aiden Alt and Edward Miller to hold off the Trojans. The Wheelers had two golfers in the 40’s and all four of the scores they used were 51 or better. The difference in the team score was the 4th spot as Tri Center had three guys in the 40’s including the runner-up medalist in Alex Wilson who shot a 41.
Aiden Alt was the leading for the Wheelers with a 40 while Edward Miller had another solid round with a 46. Joey Schramm and Carter Andreassen each shot a 51.
