As area healthcare providers band together in their goal of moving to protect residents through the administration of COVID-19 vaccinations, a familiar face and voice has joined in their educational efforts. Former 4th District Congressman and Kiron native, Steve King, has worked with St. Anthony Regional Hospital to produce several different public service announcements (PSAs) asking for everyone to pull together as a means to reach herd immunity through vaccination. King introduces a piece of history about one of our nations many success stories in relation to vaccinations in general.
He shares a personal experience with a close friend, his district director, who suffered through some of the worst symptoms of the virus.
He also outlines the two options available for all residents in a path back to our normal lives.
