Come celebrate the unveiling of an interpretative panel at the Missouri and Mississippi Divide east of the town of Arcadia in the roadside park on the north side of the Iowa Lincoln Highway Heritage Byway- A National Scenic Byway.
The site marks the point where the water flows either east to the Mississippi River or west to the Missouri River.
