United States Senator, Joni Ernst, is endorsing Republican Steve King for re-election to the fourth congressional district. Ernst said she is supporting King for his stance on life, liberty and his championing of the expansion of U.S. Highway 20 for safety and business growth. “Steve is a friend to small businesses in our Iowa towns and the agriculture industry that helps drive our state,” Ernst said. King said he is honored to receive the endorsement of such a natural leader. King, who serves on the House Agriculture, Judiciary and Small Business committees, has also received the endorsements of Senator Chuck Grassley and Secretary of Agriculture, Bill Northey. King is being challenged in this year’s election by Republican Iowa State Senator, Rick Bertrand of Sioux City.
