No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at the intersection of Grant Road and 3rd Street at approximately 3:35 p.m. Their initial investigation determined a 2001 Buick Century, driven by 16-year-old Thomas Fitzsimmons of Carroll, was traveling eastbound on 3rd and was slowing for stopped traffic. A 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by 16-year-old Kyle Sundrup of Arcadia, was also heading eastbound and failed to slow for the Fitzsimmons vehicle. The Pontiac sustained disabling damage in the collision. Sundrup was cited for following too closely.
