A Carroll man was taken into custody Thursday on charges stemming from an Aug. 15 incident. The Carroll Police Department reports 53-year-old Shawn Lee Vonnahme was arrested at 5th and Adams Street on a Carroll County warrant for possession of methamphetamine at approximately 2:24 p.m. On that day in August, Vonnahme was located with suspected methamphetamine on his person and the warrant was issued following the result of laboratory testing on the items seized.
