A Breda woman was taken into custody Tuesday on drug charges from a November incident. The Carroll Police Department reports they arrested 47-year-old Dawn Maria Miller at approximately 3:22 p.m. in the 800 block of W. 8th Street. She has been charged with introducing narcotics into a jail. The charge stems from a Nov. 7 arrest when methamphetamine was found concealed on her person while she was being booked into the Carroll County jail.
