Functional damages were reported to both vehicles following a collision in northern Carroll late Tuesday morning. The Carroll Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of 18th Street and High Ridge Road at approximately 11:20 a.m. The initial investigation found 30-year-old Anne Kluver of Audubon was traveling westbound on 18th in a 2008 Toyota Highlander when a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by 22-year-old Tyson Hunter of Carroll, failed to yield from a stop sign. The Hunter vehicle then collided with the driver’s side of the Toyota. No injuries were reported, and Hunter was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
